PoolParty product family supports scenarios relevant for enterprise metadata and information management. Metadata management based on the open Semantic Web standard SKOS, Semantic Enterprise Search & highly performant text mining and data integration based on linked data technologies. PoolParty´s APIs allow integration of semantic technologies with other systems like CMS, DMS, web shops or Wikis.

The three PoolParty components
With PoolParty Thesaurus Manager (PPT) you maintain controlled vocabularies like taxonomies or thesauri based on open Semantic Web standards like SKOS, RDF or SPARQL. Due to its unparalleled text mining and linked data capabilities, PoolParty enables the creation and administration of even the largest thesauri. PPT provides out-of-the-box functionalities to publish thesauri as linked open data. A full-blown SPARQL endpoint enables the integration of controlled vocabularies with CMS, ERP-Systems or Wikis. The server is shipped together with a comfortable editor, a wiki and a customisable linked data frontend.
PoolParty Extractor (PPX) is an enterprise-ready platform providing precise text mining algorithms based on semantic knowledge models. With PPX, large amounts of documents and data records can be analyzed in an automated fashion, extracting meaningful phrases, named entities, categories or other metadata nearly instantaneously. PPX enables integrating structured and unstructured information sources alike into a single, powerful and intelligent search index. Different metadata schemas can be mapped to one unified knowledge model.
PoolParty Semantic Search (PPS) is an enterprise-ready search platform providing precise search results on top of semantic technologies like text mining and semantic knowledge models. PoolParty’s Semantic Search Server provides a full-blown Search API which enables full-text search, faceted search, auto-complete, similarity search and other search assistants. The server is shipped together with a customizable standard user-interface.
